I created a dispatch center but I keep getting calls form location out side my region, by outside I mean somewhere in the middle of the ocean, this happens very frequently. I do not know if it’s me or a bug please help.
Minor: Small / cosmetic impact. / Kleiner / kosmetischer Einfluss.
Moderate: It disrupts some workflows. / Beeinträchtigt einige Arbeitsabläufe.
Critical: I can’t use the platform at all. / Die Plattform ist nicht nutzbar.
Incorrect caller localization outside the region in the Dispatch Center [SIMD4-685]

What address is the caller mentioning? Is it in your own area? If so, it could be a case of incorrect coordinate resolution, which can be corrected yourself.
When ask for address they say Street, they don’t mention anything i looked at my PoI’s nothing that has a coordinate near Australia
Is this your control center or a public control center? Are the corresponding operational areas correctly stored in the administration?
This is mine yes all are correct I’m double checking but still nothing
