Summary
If a dispatcher is leaving the session while he was taking a call, other dispatchers who are still present in the session can’t take over his call or hang out the phone. It causes the problem that the phone call always stays in the list without the possibility to delete it.
Happened twice during the same session.
Steps to Reproduce
One dispatcher need to leave the session while taking an active call / speaking with the caller.
Expected Behavior
Expecting the call to be transfered to another dispatcher or to simply close the active call.
Actual Behavior
Call still active with the desk number that the dispatcher that left was in. Can’t hang out the phone or transfer the call to another dispatcher. The active call stay on the list without the possibility to delete it.
