AAO regional jurisdiction not working

I’ve decided to create an area-based dispatch plan (AAO). My equipment-based dispatch is completely set up.

My dispatch center represents a Bavarian dispatch area.

For example, when a THL 1 small operation occurs at my base fire station, a TLF (tanker truck) is suggested instead of the appropriate equipment vehicle.

Example:
Area responsibility in the district: OFG_BK_Roth, OFG_BM_Roth, OFG_BG_Roth, OFG_TK_Roth, OFG_TM_Roth, OFG_TG_Roth, OFG_AK_Roth, OFG_AM_Roth, OFG_AG_Roth
(B = Fire operation, T = THL operation, A = ABC operation).

in keyword: OFK_; OFM_TK_; OFG_TK_*

in TLF: OFG_BG_Roth, OFG_AG_Roth
in RW: OFG_TK_Roth, OFG_TM_Roth, OFG_TG_Roth, OFG_AK_Roth, OFG_AM_Roth, OFG_AG_Roth

The problems occurred regardless of whether “Check equipment despite area responsibility” is enabled or disabled, and regardless of whether “Assign equipment from area responsibility” is enabled or disabled. Currently both are off.

Generally, I have the feeling I’m doing something completely wrong, since almost nothing works regarding my area responsibility. The emergency resources are alerted exclusively based on equipment. From a purely equipment-based perspective, the suggestions make sense, but in practice, as described above, it’s complete nonsense.

Equipment-based, my keywords are structured as follows:
[Function only in suggestion] FW: Request team (2-3 persons, e.g., DLK, RW)
[Function only in suggestion] FW: Request squad (6 persons, e.g., TSF-W, MLF)
[Function only in suggestion] FW: Request: Group (9 persons, e.g., HLF)
[Function only in suggestion] FW: PA (So that vehicles with PA can be suggested when needed)

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this! I’m slowly despairing.

From what I can see, you have in StiWo THL 1 #klein OFK_*; OFM_TK_*; OFG_TK_*, but neither OFK_XY nor OFM_TK_XY is stored in the areas or in the RM. If those are other local fire departments, I would try swapping the semicolon in the StiWo for a comma and represent the vehicle dependency via the area menu with parentheses and semicolon.

For example, we solved it like this:
B 3 – #in building#basement: OF_*, KBM_*, KBI_*, ELRD_* and then assigned e.g. OF_MUR or OF_HED in the areas with the corresponding vehicles

It worked, I basically replaced the semicolon with a comma throughout the keyword, and now there are no more issues.

Thanks!

Exactly. The semicolon is an OR function that can only be used in the area AAO.

Glad it worked out!

Please create the export report of the vehicle advance notice from the documentation in the deployment mask.

This makes it clearer why things happen the way they do.
