Hey, I sat down at my dispatch center again and tried to adjust the AAOs. The keywords are now pretty much all in there. Now I’m getting to the AAO documentation, which is actually quite difficult for me. Plus, I’ve apparently never seen the Level 1 field before xD. I’d like to have in the suggestion that if a KT is supposed to happen and no KTW is available, an NKTW goes out, and as soon as no NKTW is available, an RTW goes. Like in real life where I’m from. But for me it’s very complicated to figure that out properly.
I also have the problem that the SEE KTW-B is slipping into the suggestion. I’ve temporarily solved that problem with Status 6 of the vehicles.
Could someone help me with that? That would be really great. I’d eventually like to get the dispatch center online as well.
So if I understand correctly, for the AAO, i.e. level 1 for example, you use the following schema for the stiWo KT (KTW_*;NKTW_*;RTW_*) → this way the logic should first select the available KTWs, then the NKTWs and if those are not available use an RTW
For the SEG KTWs you could for example select the required number of KTWs for MANV keywords in level 3, where all vehicles with the KTW category are selected instead of just KTW_XY and for “normal” KTWs handle the whole thing as mentioned above with level 1
So level 1 is what the AAO contains, meaning it compares the DispatchGroups with the area and then selects the vehicles accordingly. Unless set otherwise, SD then checks level 2, i.e. the stored equipment and whether it is covered by the vehicles from level 1, or whether more need to be dispatched. Once that is completed, SD then searches - if available - for the required medical resources, i.e. helicopter, ambulance, patient transport vehicle, etc.
In the manual you can find the explanations for all the levels in much more detail
PS: Ich hab das jetzt mal eingefügt. muss die Stufe 2 und 3 mit ausgefüllt sein? denn trotz dem schema funktioniert das tatsächlich nicht
