Summary
Whilst using the East Yorkshire (Part of the UK) area addresses can often the wrong address whilst the correct address isn’t even in East Yorkshire.
Steps to Reproduce
- Receive an emergency call whilst using the “Hull and East Yorkshire - England” call area.
- Ask for the address.
- Input the address with the exact details provided such as “Street 11” or “No 5.” and then watch on mapping as it takes you really far away from East Riding.
Expected Behavior
Correct Address, not to be confused with similar sounding addresses no were near the area of operations.
Actual Behavior
Addresses claiming to be in places like Beverley or Bridlington end up actually being in Leeds or Birmingham.
Impact on Usage
Makes most calls unable to be responded to resulting in me having to terminate the log and sending resources to incidents to be told its the wrong location.
Minor: Small / cosmetic impact.
Moderate: It disrupts some workflows.
Critical: I can’t use the platform at all.
