The GEO dataset can never be resolved with 100% accuracy. Whenever an address is entered, a matching location is searched for and then resolved in the GIS.
If an address is resolved incorrectly, you can use the “Change Coordinates” button in the GIS, as shown in your screenshot at the bottom right, to search for and save the correct address. The simulation remembers this correction and, when the same location is entered again, applies the stored coordinates.
This is therefore not a primary error that can be permanently fixed by the developers. Through regular use and continuous updating of correct GEO coordinates, the simulation’s “memory” grows and the resolution becomes more reliable over time. Some locations are more affected by this issue, while others are not affected at all.
