Beim Einsatz wird ein Bahn-Notfallmanager nachgefordert. Ich habe dafür die “Straßendienste” angerufen. Es gibt kein POI für Bahnnotfallmanager. Das HLF fordert mehrfach in den nächsten Minuten einen Bahn-Notfallmanager nach, welcher nicht zum Einsatz kommt.

Es ist doch ganz einfach…erzeuge z.B. ein Gw-L, benenne den in Bahnmanager um, weise ihn ein Funknamen und ein Poi als Standort zu..z.B. ein Bahnhof…dann erstelle ein Ausrüstungsgegenstand z.B. DB und erzeuge ein Stichwort welches nur auf z,B. DB reagieren soll. Dann kannst du den Bahnmanager alarmieren und er fährt auch den Einsatzort an…die FW ist damit zufrieden und nach Abschluß des Einsatzes fährt der Notfallmanager auch wieder zu seinem Stützpunkt.
@ Erik es gibt vieles nicht..z.B. Ein GW-Atemschutz…bei F3 oder höher unabdingbar…..alles lässt sich erzeugen und integrieren, es geht ja schließlich nur darum die Fzg an den EO zu bekommen, die Sim regelt dann irgendwie die Verweildauer und entlässt danach die Fzg aus dem Einsatz….wo ist also das Problem?
Bei meinen Leitstellen habe ich den Bahnmanager als Maßnahme hinterlegt und es klappt fehlerfrei
@erik gemäß seines Screenshots scheint es diesen tatsächlich schon zu geben, das Szenario fragt diesen als benötigt ab. Hier wird ja sonst auch die Notwendigkeit von Einsatzmitteln, Polizei, Straßendienste etc. abgefragt.
@danielschwarz ist er ggf bei den Szenarien nun implementiert, wird jedoch nicht als Straßendienst erkannt? Dann müsste hier eine weitere Kategorie für Anrufmöglichkeit, ggf auch Einsatzmittel, geschaffen werden.
Das Problem ist nicht, dass ich mir wünsche, dass ein Bahn-Manager zum Einsatz fährt um einen realitätsnahen Ablauf zu haben. Das Problem ist, dass ich mehrere Sprechwünsche hatte die einen Manager nachforderten, ich diesen allerdings nicht schicken konnte. Dies führte dazu, dass ich den Einsatz nicht abschließen konnte und die Einsatzmittel auf ewig blockiert blieben. Zudem hatte ich etwa alle 5 Minuten einen Sprechwunsch, was auch den Spielablauf stört.
I have the same problem. However, I was able to send an emergency manager who also went to the 4. Nevertheless, follow-up requests are made regularly and the job cannot be closed.
Rail emergency managers cannot be alerted as a vehicle. You have to call the control center of the transportation services by phone. However, you won’t get any feedback in the simulation.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what the “contact” is called in the control center you’re using, as it’s always different and SD unfortunately has no way for administrators to highlight control center contacts or anchor them as quick dial. Maybe something can be done about that? @danielschwarz
However, I now have mission 650 again - exactly the same unsolvable problem…
Oh really? In the dispatch center I’m playing, there’s a DB emergency manager and the ELW on site is also specifically requesting rail emergency management. Via the contacts, I can call various road services, including the Autobahn GmbH, but unfortunately that has no effect on the operation.
Where can I see what the operation number is?
Can you somehow complete the operation through debugging or is the session just ruined?
You can right-click on a resource and then go to Simulation Information to get more details about the deployment, for example if you want to report a bug.
The DB Emergency Manager as a resource was then set up cosmetically by the control center admin. As far as I know, in the simulation the emergency manager needs to be alerted by the road services via telephone — but that doesn’t work for me either.
Unfortunately, I don’t know of a way to debug the deployment. Maybe you could try canceling all resources from the deployment?
So I added the DB emergency manager as a contact and when the request comes in, I go to the deployment, call there (like with the police) and request them. After about 5-10 minutes, I almost always get a message from the command vehicle that the vehicles are departing and the emergency control point has been handed over. I didn’t add a vehicle for that
yeah it doesn’t make sense but there was a topic about it in the forum once and since then it’s been working smoothly for me. i don’t get permanent payment reminders anymore because of it.
Did you restart the dispatch center after you inserted it?
If it’s buggy again with the DB Manager / Energy Service, then I’m out of ideas and the developers should provide more detailed information, or maybe add the DB Manager as a POI or vehicle in my opinion
I believe it must be referred to as “DB Emergency Management” that you call them so the task is recognized as resolved. I can’t imagine anything else. And if you don’t own the control center, then unfortunately you can’t process that.
However, there is the option to leave a rating and then the admins will see it
The designations are not taken into account, they are purely cosmetic. What matters is the POI assignment. There’s just no suitable POI and I have to be honest, this issue has been open for a while now with the “Needs-Attention” tag and somehow nobody from XENBIT has responded to it.
@danielschwarz The ticket has been open since 17.04 and hasn’t been tagged and the problem seems to affect multiple people now.
In my opinion, a feature has been activated for these scenarios without adding the correct POI or equipment. Or does the “Rail Kit” equipment cover this?
