I’m looking for a way to contact support to request a transfer of ownership for my control center.
Here’s the situation:
The actual owner of the control center is no longer responding (no reaction on WhatsApp or to calls). He’s also no longer taking care of his control center, and I would like to have it transferred to me. Additionally, he has been inactive in the SD for a long time.
Where do I need to reach out? The only contact address I can find is “kontakt@xenbit.de” and I’m not sure if that’s the right one.
