why does this happen?
The only time I’ve had this happen is when the units are supposed to be out of service due to the times you have set in the unit settings. If they call and request to go off duty and you don’t change their status to 6 they still don’t necessarily respond. At least that’s the only experience I’ve had with the red exclamations showing up when attempting to dispatch a unit.
