Im Verry new to this game, and i cant seem to dispatch units to operations.
i have filled out the address, patient details, keyword, and selected a unit. but the units dont seem to start heading towards the call. they just sit in state 2.
They also have this symbol next to their name
Am i missing something important here?
Yes, you are missing something really important. This icon means that the vehicle as been advised. But there is a certain amount of time between the call of the vehicle and the actual depart from the station (status 3). This time can be really long if you vehicle is equipped with volunteer firefighter or medic.
You can update the amount of time it takes for units to respond to the call in the settings of your dispatch center if you are an admin.
