Summary / Zusammenfassung

In ambulance missions when a car is sent, the ambulance will leave the scene and transport the patient, and then clear, but the car will get stuck status 4 and not leave. Even if you radio them to clear, manually set their status or allocate them to a new job, they do not move.

  • Send car and ambulance to a call
  • Wait for ambulance to leave
  • Car will be stuck

What should be the purpose of the unit? Just to understand the logic.

In my case, the car is used as a rapid response vehicles. It is able to treat people on scene without transportation to a hospital.

It will be dispatched in cases where the call taker does not expect that the patient will need transported, or as a first responder when a regular ambulance is unavailable, or it may be send to assist the first unit.

It should either:

  • Treat a patient and return to status 1;
  • Treat a patient and request an RTW/KTW;
  • Be of no use and report itself as available/status 1.
