There is a bug where the Medic units will not transport patients and rely on BLS units to transport them. I think this is maybe because they are put in as a doctor or ICU unit.
They will call for BLS but there are not enough BLS units. I had a medical call pending for 1 hour before I could finally send someone to transport.
