Common Issue
Question: „I didn’t receive a license key after purchase!“
Purchases made directly from the account settings within SIM Dispatcher are automatically applied to the account used, immediately after payment via Stripe. This account is then permanently linked to the selected edition. In this case, no activation key (code) is sent.
If the edition of SIM Dispatcher was purchased elsewhere or involves converting an older edition, an activation key may be required, but normally, this is not the case.
If the license was purchased directly from your SIM Dispatcher account, it has already been applied to that account. Please check your account settings. It’s possible you registered multiple times and completed the purchase using a different account.
