Ability to add statutory holidays to the simulation

I suggest implementing a feature in the admin area that allows the creator of a control center to add statutory holidays. Since there are different holidays in different federal states, the best solution would probably be to leave it to the admin to add the holidays. Maybe someone has another idea on how to implement this.

In that context, it would be great if you could set in the administration whether the holiday (service times) is treated like a Sunday, like a regular weekday, or individually.
