EN: Add POI outside of playing area

Hello, I am working on the development of my own dispatch center.

Within the area of the dispatch center, there are no max care hospitals. Therefor I would like to add some in the bordering regions. I was unable to do so at first, as the area was not added and therefor the address could not be found. My next step: I added the area (which worked) but caused emergency calls to be received from the same area.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Would setting the “Increase of mission”’s value to 0 result in no emergency calls? Or: can I remove the area and add a Max Care Hospital in a different way?

I can’t promise you if it still works in V4 but heres what I did in V3:

I added the foreign region, Placed the POI, saved and then deleted the foreign region. That worked back then.
