Dispatch Center Tyrol in gas emergency calls always has the grid operator request a power supplier, but you can’t re-alert them. Does anyone have an idea?

Did you try to find an energy supplier in the phone book and call them?

In that case, I would contact the control center administrator and ask them to set one up.
