Dispatch Center Tyrol in gas emergency calls always has the grid operator request a power supplier, but you can’t re-alert them. Does anyone have an idea?

Did you try to find an energy supplier in the phone book and call them?
Hello, yes but unfortunately there’s no one on file.
In that case, I would contact the control center administrator and ask them to set one up.
@lechna_tom In the Tyrol control center, the “Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe” and “TIWAG” are registered as energy suppliers and can be called through the phone book. I have now labeled these more clearly with Electricity & Gas.
