when I try to assign a transport option I get the error “There are multiple assignments for patient transport lying.”, when I select a non urgent ambulance with transport lying and one with urgent ambulance, with transport lying. How can i solve this?

4Only set one keyword for the lying and/or sitting transport
Just do what @jaimied said. I would recommend using the non urgent ones.
You need to set the keywords only for „planned“ transports.
You have an option in your dispatch center settings „Create patient transports at the start of the session“ or something like this.
The sim needs to know which keywords it should use for these transports.
Therefore since those transports are planned, you don’t need to set an urgent keyword in this option.
That is the ONLY usage of this option, it has nothing todo with calls you get or don’t get or how it impacts the usage of your dispatch center in the sim.

Had a non urgent with sitting, a non urgent with lying and a urgent with lying and then it gives a error, when i remove the non urgent lying it gives no erorr but that doesn’t make it realistic.
