As a supplement to the current status monitoring, I propose integrating the following alerts:

  • Full-time RM do not acknowledge within 3/X minutes after alarm Status 3
  • RM are in Status 4 for over 60/X minutes during normal emergency operations (no deployment, no situation)
  • RM are in Status 8 for over 60/X minutes

On the one hand, I think that would certainly be a good idea, but there are also control centers, for example, where the dispatcher has to pay attention to it themselves. Especially with RM > 60 minutes in S4, there could sometimes be problems, for example in MANV situations or larger incident scenarios, where some RM would certainly remain longer at the EST to secure the FW until they are released by the FW EL.

Selbst bei Notfalleinsätzen können RM teils länger als 60 Minuten am EO sein. Ja, es gibt die golden hour of trauma/shock aber bei anderen Meldebildern, v.a. Psych-AZ ist zumindest bei uns die Verweildauer oft über den "normalen" S4-Zeiten und die LST frägt dort auch nicht weiter nach bzw. nur wenn das NEF von der gleichen Wache schon im S4 ist, der RTW aber nicht. Von dem her, wie gesagt eine optionale Einstellung gerne, aber eben nicht standardmäßig
