No calls come in after starting the session

Steps to Reproduce / Schritte zur Reproduktion

  1. Start simulation

  2. Set speed to 16x or any other speed

  3. Wait for calls

Expected Behavior / Erwartetes Verhalten

A call is generated

Actual Behavior / Tatsächliches Verhalten

No call is generated even after 30 minutes of real time at 16x

Simulation is not usable as there are no incidents

Minor: Small / cosmetic impact. / Kleiner / kosmetischer Einfluss.
Moderate: It disrupts some workflows. / Beeinträchtigt einige Arbeitsabläufe.
Critical: I can’t use the platform at all. / Die Plattform ist nicht nutzbar.

Everything is running normally on my end. Calls are being generated. You just notice that the server seems to be running “slowly”.
