I have a question regarding patient transports. I’ve issued patient transports but I’m still getting the warning message about KT lying & sitting. Can someone help me with this?

2Please create an error ticket for this. In the first case, I would have said to simply ignore it. However, in the latter case, it states that patient transport transfers are enabled. Therefore, please open a ticket so that the whole thing can be fixed.
Have you created StiWo for KTP in both sitting and lying positions, and do you have, as mentioned in the error message, 2 hospitals and at least 1 external facility? And have you also set usage numbers for KTPs or is KTP coordination enabled (in your screenshot it’s currently off)?
es ist aus und ich will auch keinen Rettungsdienst verwalten deswegen will ich auch das Krankenhaus nicht einstellen.
