Friendly 'New User Guide'

Hi,

Probably a silly question but I’m going to ask anyway:- Is there anywhere that can provide a ‘New User Guide’ for the less tech-savi that would like to make use of this simulation. At 61 it does take me some time to get my head around all the PC tech and whilst I’ve tried my best to start using this simulation, I am at an actual loss without having some additional instruction on how to set up they system and to be able to start using it
