I’m trying to upload a Header Image for my dispatch center. I see correctly on the small window but once I click de SAVE button an error occur: „The file format is not supported. Code: FileFormatNotSupported“
Steps to Reproduce / Schritte zur Reproduktion
I tried both systems: drag and drop and click and open. I tried with a PNG and JPEG File, in both cases 1600 px x 500 px 72 PPI and much less than a 1 MB.
- Go to ‚…‘ / Gehe zu ‚…‘
- Click on ‚…‘ / Klicke auf ‚…‘
- Scroll down to ‚…‘ / Scrolle nach unten zu ‚…‘
- See error / Fehler sichtbar

Curious. I downloaded the picture here and uploaded it without problems to the admin area. It’s possible, that the forum corrected / converted the file. Could you try to download the image from the forum and upload it into the admin area?

Nop. I downloaded borh images, and return the same error. It’s really strange. Can you send me one functional image (no matters the content), just to try?
Could be de 72 PPI to low resolution?

I tried with Brave (my usual browser) and now with Edge. Both fail.
Also Chrome fails… No header image for my Dispatch Center for the moment.

The issue has been resolved and will be patched in a future release.

The issue has been resolved and the update is now in the test environment. Once it runs stably there, it will be rolled out to all servers.

Hi, these are the steps,
I prepare a header with photoshop: 1600 x 500 px 72ppi (140 kB) in both PNG and JPG format.
On General tab I uploaded this file. I can see the mini header on the little box. (Image 1).
I press the SAVE button from the little box and the error message appears. (Image 2).
I send you my JPG file and you answer me that it works from your side.
Then you send me one header from your own and doesn’t work from my side.
I tested with three diferents browsers and two diferents computers. Brave, Edge, Chrome.

Unfortunetly, still not working. I try all options (JPG, PNG, my header, your header, Bravi & Edge)…

This issue is currently being worked on.
An diesem Problem wird derzeit gearbeitet.
Problem SOLVED. I don’t konw how either why, but now I¡va my logo header working properly. At least I can see it
