Help with starting up my own center (ENG/NL)

I bought the game a few hours ago, and i try to make my own dispatch center.

But i just keep getting in trouble with errors, i dont know how to fix……

As a exaple getting my area’s set up right. Can some one talk me trough this and help me make my own dispatch center?
