I get a call from a crew/unit sturggling to find the location, how do I call the caller back? and then update the crew with the location.
Bring the call up and click the icon near the phone number to call back. When you call back in the normal questioning area you’ll be able to ask about the correct location. When they give you the information you can update the call as you would have in the call taking process.
In my experience it’s usually because there were more than one street in the same town with the same name but different zip codes so you need to make sure you’re selecting the correct zip code.
After you update the call click the button that transmits the operational data to the unit like when they’re dispatched (I think it looks like a play button/triangle).
