Incorrect calculation of calls per hour

Summary / Zusammenfassung

The count for the number of calls per year is not working as intended. This subject follows this one. As you can see in the screeshot, the system will generate 2190 calls per year or 6 per day.

Steps to Reproduce / Schritte zur Reproduktion

Go to administration
Go to mission
Add 0 calls from 0 oclock
Add 1 calls from 6 oclock
Add 0 calls from 12 oclock

Expected Behavior / Erwartetes Verhalten

As said in the answer in my previous post, this should have 1/6 (0.166) calls per hour between 6 and 12 oclock.

Actual Behavior / Tatsächliches Verhalten

The system add 1 call per our between 6 and 12 oclock (meaning 6 calls in the day when there should be only one).

Impact on Usage / Auswirkung auf die Nutzung

Unable to make rural dispatch center with realistic number of calls.

Minor: Small / cosmetic impact. / Kleiner / kosmetischer Einfluss.
Moderate: It disrupts some workflows. / Beeinträchtigt einige Arbeitsabläufe.
Critical: I can’t use the platform at all. / Die Plattform ist nicht nutzbar.

Intensive care patient transports are currently not supported. Calls you see, are not from this setting.

I took the example by using Intensive Care transport but this does the same with Urgent Patient transport or Non-Urgent patient transport. The amount of calls is calculated by this setting ?

:united_states: The issue has been resolved and the update is now in the test environment. Once it runs stably there, it will be rolled out to all servers.
:germany: Das Problem wurde gelöst und das Update befindet sich nun in der Testumgebung. Sobald es dort stabil läuft, wird es auf alle Server ausgerollt.
