I’m trying to create a dispatch center (it’s quite tedious indeed) and I still don’t understand the purpose of the keywords : what should we put ? For what and how ?
It may seems a stupid questions but I don’t get everything about creating a dispatch center ! Is there any (english at least pleaaaase) tuto about that ?

I can’t tell you if there’s a tutorial in english so far.
Keywords are used to give the dispatched units a first explanation by the dispatcher of the scenario there might find at the callers adress. Also it automatically put the dedicated amount of units in the suggestion to dispatch.
The usage is easy: The dispatcher asks the caller where and what exactly happened. Out of the callers information the dispatcher chooses a keyword. The probably needed units get suggested and now the units get dispatched with the adress and keyword.
For example, you got different keywords for fires (german Example):
Fire 1 - Small Fire, 1 Engine should handle it. (Like Rubbish or Car Fire)
Fire 2 - Middle Fire, 1 „Löschzug“ (2 Engines, 1 Ladder, 1 chief) schould handle it. (Like Structure or Room fire)
Fire 3 - Big Fire, More than 1 „Löschzug“ (Multiple Engines, Ladders, chiefs and special purpose rigs) is needed (Like Industrial Fires or Fires in Hospitals)
