Was the pickup location explicitly requested in this case?
From the call dialogue, I can see that the greeting text was played, and then the time, the reason, and the destination were asked. However, the pickup location was not requested.
The greeting phrase includes an expression that can be misleading. The wording “I need a vehicle to the EHC Hospital” can also be understood as: “I need a vehicle that will bring me to the EHC Hospital and take me there.”
In that interpretation, the pickup location would have been somewhere else.
Therefore, this is not an error in the simulation mechanics, but rather a linguistically ambiguous phrase in the dialogue.
