I created a dispatch center with various multipurpose vehicles for the fire department and emergency medical services. When I specify in the alert keyword that one LF, one NA, and one RTW should be dispatched, the suggestion shows one LF, one MZF, and one NEF instead.
Steps to Reproduce / Schritte zur Reproduktion
When dispatching, accept the suggestion and instead of one RTW, one MZF is booked in.
Expected Behavior / Erwartetes Verhalten
An RTW should be booked to the operation.
Actual Behavior / Tatsächliches Verhalten
An MZF is booked to the operation.
Impact on Usage / Auswirkung auf die Nutzung
Minor: Small / cosmetic impact. / Kleiner / kosmetischer Einfluss.
Moderate: It disrupts some workflows. / Beeinträchtigt einige Arbeitsabläufe.
Critical: I can’t use the platform at all. / Die Plattform ist nicht nutzbar.
MZF is incorrectly booked instead of RTW for alarm keyword [SIMD4-683]

That’s probably not an error. The MZF in the sim is a hybrid of ambulance and rescue vehicle, not a multipurpose vehicle in the classical sense. The latter would be difficult anyway, because if the vehicle is supposed to serve multiple purposes, the sim can’t know which one exactly
If you want to create an MZF for fire departments or relief organizations, it’s recommended to set them up as a car, command vehicle, ELW1 or MTW depending on their respective primary purpose. The vehicle category can then be overwritten with “MZF”.
Thanks a lot for this info. I didn’t know that yet then I guess I’ll have to change it. I’m not familiar with this hybrid variant, which is why I found it a bit odd
