Regarding the topic of “Operations, Feedback”, I would like to have information about what is planned for the future and when we can expect improvements.
Currently, to put it cautiously, it is sometimes very difficult to follow the scenarios. Callers sometimes only share an address and you can’t ask any follow-up questions. Oil spills, trees on streets or houses, vehicle fires, or hazardous materials from truck tanks (not tanker trucks) are dealt with in record time…which is not realistic. Workplace accidents are reported where an employee has their hand and arm caught in a roller, but the fire department leaves immediately without any feedback…unbelievable. I could certainly provide several more examples here, and this topic is not new either, it’s just that unfortunately nothing has really changed so far.
