We have completed the integration of the US address database into the simulation. This means that the technical foundation for creating and operating dispatch areas within the United States is now available.
Please be aware that while the geographical data and addresses are live, there are currently no pre-configured Dispatch Centers available for the US regions. Our focus is now on developing the specific logic and workflows required for the American emergency services landscape.
To ensure an authentic representation of US Fire and EMS operations, we are looking for active users to help build the initial infrastructure. If you are familiar with US dispatch protocols and regional structures, you can now start:
- Setting up local Dispatch Centers (PSAPs) via the editor.
- Mapping fire stations, hospitals, and emergency resources.
- Providing feedback on the 911-specific dispatch logic.
Our goal is to grow the US environment steadily together with the community. Thank you for your continued support.
