Summary / Zusammenfassung

When I loaded in, I sat there for hours, ive even tried multiple sessions, public and my own. No calls come through, and if i create a random one, no one responds and the system on the call manager displays the red triangle

  1. Go to ‚…‘ / Gehe zu ‚…‘
  2. Click on ‚…‘ / Klicke auf ‚…‘
  3. Scroll down to ‚…‘ / Scrolle nach unten zu ‚…‘
  4. See error / Fehler sichtbar

Expected Behavior / Erwartetes Verhalten

Calls generate and come through, units respond, Call manager relays info correctly and successfully

Actual Behavior / Tatsächliches Verhalten

None of that

Critical: I can’t use the platform at all. / Die Plattform ist nicht nutzbar.

This has been happening to me as well, for a couple of hours now. Personnel will not even respond to incidents that I create that didn’t come via a call.
