I also tried typing other words for that Street and nothing happens. Despite the Street’s ID being present in the SD, nothing comes up. Street’s ID: 551133651
I just tried it myself in my testing dispatch center and it worked.
So it seems like you didn’t set the region. If you don’t set a region, SD doesn’t know in which area your dispatch center is operating and in which area it shall create calls. Therefore despite of setting the country (which I hope you already did, as shown in picture 1) you have to set the area in the second Tab as shown in Picture 2. After doing this I found the street for the POI in my testing Dispatch Center (Picture 3).
