Hello, I have a question about police reinforcements. When the patrol car is virtually dispatched from the “police station” to the emergency call location, is it routed from there or is there a predefined time? Sometimes the feedback comes that police are still needed despite being dispatched.
I’m asking because I want to remove the police stations from my location list and insert the police location list instead. It makes things a bit easier, but the question is whether the police resource will always be routed from the location list?
Maybe someone from the TEAM can help me with this :))
