Problem with deployment area / no differentiation between patient transport vehicle and emergency ambulance deployments

Hello everyone,

In the Rhein-Neckar district and the independent city of Heidelberg, both patient transports and emergency rescue operations are dispatched by ILS Rhein-Neckar-Kreis / Heidelberg. Since the adjacent ILS Mannheim is only responsible for emergency rescue operations in Mannheim (ILS Mannheim was created in the early 2020s from ILS RNK / HD), ILS RNK / HD additionally handles patient transports in Mannheim.

Is there currently a way to display this in the SIM? If I were to add Mannheim as an operational area, I would receive both patient transports and emergency calls…

This is currently not possible the way you’re describing it. You can only decide globally for the entire dispatch center.
