- Wait until vehicle leaves Status 2
- Vehicle responds minutes later to a radio transmission it couldn’t have heard

No response after minutes if vehicle was verbally addressed while in Status 2.
Of course, it’s conceivable that you get good timing and personnel are already on the vehicle, but haven’t left yet, which is why they’re still in Status 2, but have already heard the radio transmission.
