RTW Rotation AAO

Hi, at a fire station I’m recreating in my dispatch center, there are 3 24-hour ambulances and one 12-hour ambulance. The 12-hour ambulance is always dispatched first if available, then the 3 other ambulances in rotation. So ambulance 4, ambulance 1, ambulance 2, ambulance 3, etc.

But the actual problem is that to my knowledge, the fire station has a pool of 8 ambulances, of which 2 are reserves and 6 are regular service vehicles. This means that 4 of the 6 ambulances are always in service. That could then look like this: ambulance 1, ambulance 3, ambulance 4, ambulance 6.

Is there a way to represent this realistically?

Best regards and thanks in advance!

Hello,

a rotation principle is fundamentally included in the simulation. All emergency response vehicles (RTW) on duty (Status 2) at a station rotate, provided there is no other rescue resource closer to the incident location (Status 1). Rescue resources not on duty (Status 6 or option do not suggest) are ignored in this process.

Currently, it is unfortunately not possible to prioritize individual units before the rest rotate (standby time of 0) or to have units that serve only as peak reserves follow at the end.
