SUMMARY:
Implement the ability to have monographic Hospitals (Only pediatrics or maternitiy hospital) or been able to add new departamentes like:

  • Pediatrics ICU
  • Neborn ICU
  • Pediatrics Emergenciy department
  • Cardiotorathic surgery
  • Trauma Specific ICU/Trauma center: For patients with gunshots, multiple live threting trauma related injuris like car crash or jumpers from a 3 stroy building)
  • Tropical desis and highly contagius departament/high-level insulation (for disease like hemorrhagic fevers, Antrax, NRBQ Incidents)
  • Hospice, Not all Max care Hospital have Hospice
  • Disable the mandatory max care hospital. Some Hospitals are consider max Care but lack some specialise departaments that are on some lower care hospitals (For example in Madrid There is only a Hyperbaric chamber wich is not located in a max care Hospital)
  • Max care hospital for pediatrics (0 years old unitl 18YO)with no adult care area

PURPOSE:

  1. Relaistic Hospitals: Creating a major diversity for patient transport with your control center, Not your local hospital is gone be able to treat a pediatrics pacient with a stroke (its rare but it exsist), a pediatric seizure or a multiple live treating injuris of a car crash just because it has an ER, Neurology and Critical Care, it has the resources to treat critical Infants or a catastrofic leg of a jumper.

Examples of use:

  • Refering a Serius crash with need of a doctor to a trauma center even if there are a closer hospital but it is not able to take care of it

  • Refering critical Infant to a real pediatrics ICU and not to your tipical Adult ICU (some Max care hospitals for adults are not a Max care Hospital For infants, Newborn of 20 Weeks becouse even if there is a new born UNIT is able to acept patients from Week 30 to 40 and it does not have ICU care

IMPLEMENTATION IDEA:

  • Ading new types of departments/Units when creating a new hospital
  • Divide Pediatrics Wards from Pediatrics ICU
  • Separate Trauma Centers From Medical ICU and Quirurgic ICU
  • Add Cardiotorathic surgery patients
  • Create a Hily contagius/high-level insulation units for these type of patients
  • Add more departaments depending of the hospital

Im open for discusion of new departaments, i only add some units that i miss in the hospitals
