Is there a way to speed up the Time to resolve?
I feel like it can take up ages before a call has been finished.

If you have the feeling, that a call takes too long you can post a bug report, with the simulation information.
However be reminded, that this is an actual realistic simulation and not mission chief or emergency. Some calls might really need long time to be resolved.
Totally understand that this an realistic simulation. That’s why I like it, haha.
I have to be fair, I’ve no clue how long an actual medical incident takes. Guess that’s what’s causing the feeling
