I am in the process of creating a new dispatch center within the US. I have the address package and the area set up with all the listed zip codes I want, and can see the places on the map, but when I try to add a PIO or a dispatch center it cant find the address I input. Am I missing something??
In the administration go to areas and there you’ll need to add the areas to your dispatch center. Otherwise the sim wouldn’t know in which area you are operating and therefore wouldn’t create any calls at private Non-POI-Adresses.
So after you added the areas there’s a list like this beneath?
If yes, then you might need to look up for areas in the other admin levels.
When I was helping another user, I found out that in NYC for example you need to add areas from all three levels to get the whole city into your dispatch center.
If you added the whole area and still can’t find the street, you might need to adjust your writing. Especially numbered streets wont be find if you type „West 327 Street“ you need to type „West 327th Street“.
If no, then you didn’t saved after adding the area.
