Support for territorial security/coverage

Currently, it is only possible to show or hide all vehicles with a particular status in the GIS.
Especially during peak hours or at night, when fewer ambulances/emergency vehicles are in service, it is then difficult to identify which (nearest) locations have available vehicles in order to be able to dispatch area coverage.

My wish would be to have support for this. The ELP should alert me when there are fewer than x vehicles within a radius of y kilometers/z minutes.
The GIS where I can select which vehicle categories in which status I want to be displayed, or also the option to look at rescue stations/fire stations/fire equipment depots in particular and via e.g. a mouseover/drop-down to be able to view the nearest facility with available rescue resources. Or a kind of matrix where I can display in a separate window what risks I take as a dispatcher if I don’t act and what effects my actions have: So a target/actual comparison with suggestions based on GPS routing for the best dispatch recommendation.

I hope I could make my wish clear.
