There is currently no complete beginner guide in English that explains how to actually use and play SIM Dispatcher. The existing “guide” only explains how to join a session, but does not explain what to do once inside.
This creates several major problems for new users:

It is unclear what a “workplace” is and how to select one properly

There is no explanation of the difference between call taker and dispatcher roles

In private sessions, it is not explained that all roles must be performed manually

There is no step-by-step explanation of the workflow (call → incident → dispatch → management → closure)

Many sessions appear empty or non-functional without explanation
As a result, the experience for new players often feels confusing or broken, even though the system itself is powerful.
This is likely one of the biggest barriers to adoption and long-term user retention.
It is strongly recommended that a proper English beginner guide be created, including:

A clear explanation of all roles (call taker, dispatcher, radio, etc.)

A full step-by-step walkthrough of a complete incident

Instructions for both multiplayer and private sessions

Screenshots or visuals of the interface

A simple “first 10 minutes” quick-start tutorial
SIM Dispatcher has significant potential, but without proper onboarding, many new users will stop using the platform before understanding how it works.
It might be nice also if your could create a tutorial so that people could actually try it in a game for instance.
