One of my fire units has requested the attendance of the electric company. I have searched and searched but can’t find how to send one. There isn’t any in the phone contacts list. Am I missing it or do the utility companies need to be added?
The utility companies must be manually added by the control center administrator. Should you be unable to locate one, you ought to contact the control center administrator in the corresponding forum thread. Rescue Coordination Centre Ambulance/Fire Control, West & Mid Wales #40804 should be the appropriate control center.
