Thank you very much, now I can log in, but as soon as I log in, I get a page with the error „404 The requested resource could not be found.“. Same thing from the windows app that tells me to be disconnected. Do you have any idea what the reason is? Thanks for your precious help

Did you join a created session? The disconnected behavior usually means that no session is joined or no workplace is selected.

I just can’t get past the login, as soon as I enter my credentials I get this error.

It seems the preview doesn’t handle manual account transfers well. We’ll do a database merge tomorrow, and it should work again after that.

i Purchased the standart version over the website more than 24 hours ago but cant reset my password or login in the preview. Thanks for the Help beforehand

Look’s like the database migration did not work. Dispatcher tag is bugged, and the list of POI i’ve done is used by caller but cannot be found in the dispatch board. :wink:

Yes, there is an additional delay of a few hours, or at most 24 hours, in indexing POI entries. The dispatcher tag assignment is indeed bugged. Try logging out and in again. You may also try deleting cookies.

We synced the database yesterday with the v4 platform. If you still cannot access the v4 platform after 6pm (CEST), please let me know.
